Points Value & Usage

1 point = €0.50 ($0.50)

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of card issuance.

Can be used on orders of €100 or more. ($100)

You can also redeem your points for limited rewards available in your member area.

Referral & Transfer

Referral:

  • Referrer: 100 points awarded after the referral signs up and makes their first purchase

  • Referral: 50 welcome points

Points Transfer:

  • Allowed once per week

  • Automatic conversion based on the recipient’s card level

1 Classic NFC Card

  • 1 point for every €10 spent ($10)

  • 5% off the total of each order

  • Redeem up to 20% of your order with your points

1 Premium NFC Card

  • 1 point for every €5 spent ($5)

  • 15% off the total of each order

  • Redeem up to 25% of your order with your points

1 Premium NFC Card

  • 1 point for every €2 spent ($2)

  • 25% off the total of each order

  • Redeem up to 30% of your order with your points

Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU)

1. Membership Cards

1.1 Available Cards

  • Essentiel: €50/year

  • Premium: €100/year

  • Premium Ultra: €200/year

  • Prestige: Invitation only


1.2 Payment & Commitment

  • Annual payment is required upon subscription

  • Firm 12-month commitment, non-cancellable

  • Upgrade to a higher-tier card is possible at any time by paying the price difference
    (New validity period: rolling 12 months)


2. Loyalty Points

2.1 Earning Points

Points are awarded only on amounts actually paid:

  • B2C: Calculation based on the amount paid including VAT

  • B2B: Calculation based on the amount paid excluding VAT

Points are not awarded on:

  • Amounts paid using points

  • VAT (for B2B)

  • Discounts, vouchers, or promotions unless otherwise stated


2.2 Using Points

  • 1 point = €0.50 (excl. VAT for B2B / incl. VAT for B2C)

  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date of allocation

In the event of non-renewal of the subscription at expiry, all unused points at the card expiration date will be permanently forfeited and cannot be carried over, refunded, or claimed,
(except if transferred to one or more referred members before the expiration date, within the allowed transfer conditions).

  • Minimum order value: €100

  • Maximum points usage per order, depending on the card:

    • Essentiel: 20%

    • Premium: 25%

    • Premium Ultra: 30%

    • Prestige: Confidential

  • Points cannot be used to cover VAT in B2B transactions

  • Points are non-refundable and non-convertible to cash

  • Points cannot be used to pay for subscriptions or membership fees


3. Referrals & Transfers

3.1 Referral Program

The referrer receives 100 points once the referred member:

  • Has registered

  • Has completed a first purchase

The referred member receives 50 welcome points


3.2 Points Transfer

  • A member may transfer points to another member

  • Automatic conversion applies based on the recipient’s card level

  • Limited to one transfer per member per week

  • Transfers are final and irreversible


4. Member Access: Web App & NFC Card

  • Each member receives a personal login and password

  • Secure access to a dedicated Web App, including:

    • Points history

    • Available rewards

    • Referrals and transfers

  • A physical NFC card is linked to the member’s profile:

    • Scanning the card redirects to the Web App


5. Communications & Notifications

Members may choose whether or not to receive:

  • Early-access emails regarding offers, benefits, or events

In the event of a major update to these Terms and Conditions, 30 days’ prior notice will be sent by email.


6. Sanctions, Account Suspension & Forced Termination

Any fraud, manipulation, abusive use of points, or breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Forfeiture of all current points

  • No compensation or refund

Suspicious or abusive transfers may be temporarily blocked and subject to audit.


7. Personal Data

  • Data related to the member area is processed in compliance with GDPR

  • Information is never sold or shared

  • Each member may request access to, modification, or deletion of their data at any time
